Answers to common questions about the MSA Awards

All entries must be acknowledged and approved by the client or management with a sign off on the Client or Management Endorsement form. The form is to be scanned and emailed together with the master list including the proof of remittance to MSA Secretariat.

Yes, you will have to register for a new account. Similar to last year, each agency will share one account.

Yes, multiple people from the same agency can upload entries at the same time using the same username. The number of concurrent log-ins is not limited.

Yes, we will accept however, results will be based until end 31st March 2024.
